What is the Amy Ferguson Institute? 

The Amy Ferguson Institute is a nonprofit organization that supports, produces and promotes vocal arts in the West Kootenay region.

The Amy Ferguson Institute (AFI) was founded in 2000 to celebrate the musical legacy of Dr. Amy Ferguson.

AFI plays a vital role in feeding the communities it serves with high-calibre shows, workshops, awards and other creative vocal events.

AFI is made up of a volunteer board that follows the regulations of a nonprofit society according to the BC Society Act.
