The Amy Ferguson Institute is a nonprofit organization that supports, produces and promotes vocal arts in the West Kootenay region.

The Amy Ferguson Institute (AFI) was founded in 2000 to celebrate the musical legacy of Dr. Amy Ferguson. AFI plays a vital role in feeding the communities it serves with high-calibre shows, workshops, awards and other creative vocal events.

Every two years, in partnership with the Osprey Foundation, we are able to offer this scholarship.

Doris Bradshaw Bursary

Youth are able to apply for funding to assist with their music lessons.

Production Skills Mentorship Fund

Professionals give their time and knowledge to improve the talent in the region.
